Principle vs Principal Diagnosis

by Bobbi on June 11, 2010

When you type “principal diagnosis” in a medical report, the correct word to use is principal versus principle.

Many of us along the way have had a very difficult time with this.  Take note of it or put it in your autocorrects or expanders so you never have to question it again.

If you want specific references on it, let me know.

Always a good reminder.

I do not know why I can not remember this one. I certainly do not know why I have not put this into my autocorrects until now. Thank you !
